Role Description
*Support Customer's automation system operators and administrators to secure production.
*Initiate, own and assist with the resolution of RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) and completion of resulting actions.
*To support the introduction of new projects on time and within budget constraints
*Fault finding and problem solving on site.
*Project Planning, PLC programming - Siemens and Beckhoff
*Experience working with Robotics - ABB, Fanuc, Kuka or similar.
*PLC software and hardware programming, operating and diagnostics
*General Automation
*Good understanding of PC technologies.
*Automation of existing plant & equipment, support equipment improvements and new equipment specification.
*Maintaining up to date task list for all ongoing service tasks.
*Carrying out periodic maintenance tasks during maintenance breaks.
Skills and Qualifications
*Competency in PLC programming & Automation
*Automotive or Manufacturing experience
*Automation, handling and assembly
*Strong customer service mind set
