THE COMPANY
The Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a Nottinghamshire based Financial Services company to recruit an Administrator that will sit within theit HR function. This is a brand new role within the business and arises due to large organic growth within the company.
Ideally located, my client are easily accessible from Retford, Doncaster, Bawtry, Worksop and surrounding areas.
THE JOB
As Administrator, duties include:
* Work in liaison with the Group HR Administrators to provide appropriate information and documentation for the company
* Support the management team with onsite administrative support in matters relating to key HR processes
* Administer the annual performance review scheduling, review information & notes
* Assist with recruitment, liaising with managers, HRBP and HR Administrators to manage the agencies, processing CV's, applications and setting up interviews
* Assist with psychometric and aptitude testing
* Assisting with the preparation of paperwork for job offers, job profiles, and onboarding processes in liaison with HR Administrators
* Assisting senior managers with general admin support such as outstanding forms from employees
* Recording sickness/absence on the HR System
* Diarising and tracking/recording quarterly salary reviews and liaising with HR Administrators to ensure issue of letters
* Providing general administration support for New Starters and leavers including IT set up/closure, arranging collections/cards, briefing managers on movements
* Providing liaison point for and organising fundraising ideas, charity days and sports/social events
THE PERSON
* Educated to GCSE standard
* CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential
* Experience of workings in a busy HR office function
* Previous experience of working with a HR system
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Desire to work effectively as part of a team

* Salary of GBP14,000 - GBP16,000 dependant on experience
