Duty Manager - St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre, Warwick
Competitive salary
A very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at the newly refurbished St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre in Warwick to become part of a dynamic Everyone Active team. The facility recently acquired by Everyone Active is situated in a picturesque park in close proximity to the town centre, already a busy Swimming pool and Gym prior to the refurbishment the additional Fitness studio's, climbing facility, caf??, Sports Hall and extended large Fitness Suite will make this one of Everyone Actives busiest sites.
We require highly motivated and successful people to join the team for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will enjoy training and support to be a part of the launch of this fantastic facility, and then be able to take pride in the achievements of ongoing management going forward.
We would like to hear from you if you:
Have experience in a supervisory role at a busy leisure centre
Are able to lead and motivate a diverse team
Are focused on high customer service standards
Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
Are able to drive income in all areas of the business
Can create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
Have a proven track record in cost control
Have experience in performance management and HR policy
Can demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators Qualifications are desirable.
This position will involve evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
