Our client is a highly successful Financial Services company. Due to an increase in work load, the need for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager has arisen. The successful candidate will split their time between the clients offices in Mansfield and Newark as well as the flexible option to work from home on occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments on all bank accounts.
- Cash management and transfers between bank accounts.
- Managing the banking arrangements via Bankline.
- Contribute to regular Finance Meetings.
- Provide monthly commentary and questioning outcomes and activities.
- Input figures on relevant software for Company accountant
- Contribute towards Group structure and tax planning (including VAT impact) with company accountants
- Agree financial targets and budgets with Directors
- Monthly management accounts
- Payroll services
- Staff Expenses summary and processing
- Monthly Group Credit Card Summary
- Support paperwork regarding Annual Accounts
- Bankline payment processing
- Introducer pipeline summary reports and pay-aways
- New Business pipeline & issued business reports
- VAT Returns
- Personal tax returns for Directors
- Annual accounts and Corporation tax returns
- Funding assessments
- Acquisition evaluations
- Software use and integration
About you: You will be part or fully qualified Accountant or possess another relevant full qualification. You will possess a proactive and methodical approach to working and be self motivated.
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis, part time would also be considered for the right candidate. Due to travelling between offices, candidates must have their own transport. Salary for this role is being offered between GBP21,000 and GBP27,000 dependant on experience.
