Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross is looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our senior team and continue to set consistently high standards of food through our outlets and conference facilities. This beautiful hotel which opened in July 2015 following a GBP20million refurbishment is located between Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross with easy linked to the M40 & M25.
This role would suit an established head chef looking for their next step, or an Executive Chef looking for a new challenge and you will be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of chefs whilst supporting their development and encouraging their creativity.
We are looking for someone with a creative and innovative flair to 'Wow' our hotel and external clients whilst continuing to develop our offering.
You will have a focus on presentation, quirky concepts, new techniques / ingredients and generally a fresh approach. You'll also have strong knowledge of HACCP procedures, stock controls and order systems whilst having the ability to achieve food cost targets and other budgetary requirements.
Previous experience of responsibility for a multi outlet dining experience and C&B operation along with a strong track record of team management and people development is required.
