• You must have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special!
• You must be able to laugh at jokes you don't understand or you don't find funny!
• You will leave work every day with glue, paint, crayon, unknown substances on your clothes and know that it means it's been a brilliant day!
• You are confident enough to closely supervise 3 year olds in risky play, and won't faint when they climb up on the logs ready to jump off and respect that children can manage their own risks!
• You must feel comfortable to tell everybody in the same room as you that you are going to the toilet!
• The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential. As is dancing to all types of music!
• You must be able to confidently give warm hugs when needed and if a child says ' l love you' to confidently and with feeling respond ' I love you too '!
• You know all the characters to Beatrix Potter, Peter Rabbit, Peppa Pig and can act them out when requested being able to create your own magical stories!
• Possessing the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of the utmost importance!
• Know what good table manners are and be able to demonstrate them at all times!
• Have a willingness and ability to put a child's needs in front of your own!
