Turtle Bay Restaurant and Bar are all about capturing the heart and soul of the Caribbean - Rum, Reggae and Jerk. It's a unique combination of people, food, drink, atmosphere and music - the vibe. You'll know it the minute you walk in, and if it isn't there, you'll know that too.
Turtle Bay is famed for its vast array of rum based cocktails with a patchwork quilt of colours, flavours and techniques featuring in all our drinks. They say there is a rum for everyone and as a Bar Manager you will be tasked with finding the right one for all our guests. Within the Turtle Bay bar team you will be making all our guests happy, so that they leave with a smile on their face as if they've had an authentic Caribbean experience just as our CEO did at Surf Shack in Barbados before our journey began.
