Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Finance Sector!
GBP22,000 per annum, OTE GBP30-40k

Our client is an award-winning organisation with over 15 years' financial recruitment experience and they are currently looking for 4x Graduates to join their expanding teams. You DO NOT need any prior experience/background in Finance at all as you will receive full training in your specific area. They are currently over 150 consultants in their London office and are expanding rapidly over 2017/2018.

The Role
- Fast paced, phone sales!
- Speaking to candidates found on various job boards and qualifying them for specific roles
- Generating leads
- Winning new business from clients and agreeing terms of business
- Creating job specifications / job adverts
- Preparing candidates for interview and relaying feedback
- Drawing up employment contracts

- 2015/2016 Graduate
- Punchy and quick to learn
- Ambitious and money motivated
- Driven with clear career and life goals
- Taken part in extra-curricular activities including Sport and Societies
