Project Coordinator
Role Overview:
An experienced Project Coordinator, with a clear path into Project Management, required for permanent role with blue chip main contractor. The role will require experience of completing PQQ's and Tender Bids within the construction sector and ideally IOSH certified.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the project cycle for a number of key clients. This will include providing support to Project Management and Site teams, processing orders, managing labour resources, involvement with project management on a variety of sites and effectively support projects with the administrative and logistical requirements of all project work. Coordination between suppliers, contractors and Clients and internal project staff including management, to support project operations.
The Client:
Main contractor with truly global footprint. Partnering and operating with a blue chip customer base within the commercial contracting arena. New build and refurb project specialists.
Required skills:
The Project Coordinator will ideally have the following:
- Degree level education.
- Ambitions to develop into a Project Manager role.
- Previous experience from within the construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
