Project Manager required for a well known and successful groundworks and civil engineering sub contractor.
We are recruiting on behalf of a subcontractor who pride themselves on providing their clients (housebuilders) with a fast, quality, and reliable service. They provide services such as groundworks, roads & sewers, paving, and civil engineering. They work with some of the UK's most well known housebuilders on developments up to around 400 houses.
They have a strong team of managers, reliable operatives, and are known for looking after their staff and providing a great place to progress as the business grows.
Currently they are looking for a project manager to join the business for schemes in and around the Peterborough area. These will be working with a top 5 housebuilder, providing roads, sewers, and groundworks on volumes from 200-400 per development.
Duties of the role will include:
+ Full package responsibility
+ Labour allocation
+ Health, Safety, and Quality of work
+ Working with the client, providing updates
+ Keeping the job on cost, working with your QS
+ Reporting in to your Contracts Manager
You'll need to be an experienced Project Manager with a background on groundworks/civils for housebuilders. You will need to have a stable career history, proven track record, and will also need an in date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
