Acorn Executive Search have been exclusively retained to secure an ACA / ACCA Senior Manager / Partner Designate for a successful Cardiff Accountancy Firm.
This is a well-established and profitable niche Practice which has grown organically, and weathered the recessions. They have now embarked on the next stage of their business strategy - succession planning.
The route to Partnership is through a Manager / Senior Manager position within the Practice.
You will oversee, manage and develop a portfolio of clients with a current fee income of cGBP1/2m. The remit will cover accounts, as well as tax and commercial advisory work.
We are seeking an accomplished ACA / ACCA qualified Accountant who has a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience gained in a multi-partner Practice. You will currently be dealing with a large portfolio of clients. You will be the first point of contact for your clients, and have developed these relationships. You will also have demonstrated your technical and managerial abilities.
Most importantly - you will be Partner material, with a career profile to back this ambition.
