My client, a nationwide vehicle servicing and MOT provider working with all major manufacturers are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.
With opportunities for further progression, this is an ideal opportunity for assistant managers or experienced technicians looking to make the next step within a thriving industry.
To be considered for this role all candidates must:
Hold a full UK driving licence
Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance / Service Replacement and/or Maintenance & Repair
Hold a MOT testing certification
Candidates must also be able to display the following:
Leadership and management skills
People Management skills
An impartial, non-bias approach
Good written and verbal communication skills
Be able to organise and plan as well as motivate others
Have excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
