Our Client are a leading distributor and support network for automated haematology and coagulation diagnostic analysers. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Customer Account Controller to join their team in Milton Keynes.
The main aspects of the job are - To ensure all customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, including logging and processing orders and ensuring progress, dealing with enquiries whilst adhering to KPI's, SLA and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, including logging & processing orders and ensuring progress, dealing with enquiries, adhering to agreed KPI's, service level agreements and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Assist the team in scheduling monthly delivery schedules for customer standing orders with liaison with Courier services to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Work with the SAP Leads to maintain scheduled agreements for all relevant contracts with separate agreements for controls and delivery schedule.
- Delivering frontline customer services to ensure resolution of enquiries and requests for services at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Liaising with Finance department to resolve customer invoice queries where necessary.
- Ensuring all new accounts or pricing changes are registered and processed through the SAP Change Control System.
- Work with the customer service team and warehouse team to eliminate any potential for backorders or stock write off.
- Provide warehouse support as required where necessary
- Comply with ISO-14001/ISO-9001/ISO27001 standards and requirements.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment as required
The ideal person will ideally have a customer service qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience. A solid user of SAP and a good level of Maths and English.
