Our client based in slough are looking for an order management / order processing administrator to join their busy PMO team. The successful candidate will need to have experience of order management, PO number management and invoice raising, along with good Excel skills. This position may be recruited on either a 12month contract to permanent basis or straight permanent.

Overview

This is an often fast paced role with often high pressure levels. The Project Office Administrator is responsible to the Project Office Leader for the completion of allocated Project Team functions. These include admin support for the field based Project Managers, arranging equipment deliveries and collections, managing Battery Replacement Projects, raising orders on K Open, ensuring that purchase orders are raised, managing stock levels, invoicing, and compiling and submitting performance forecasts and reports.
