We are seeking a proactive and organised Design Studio Manager with super slick project management skills to join a busy in-house design team. This is a newly created role as the in-house team has expanded over recent months and are now in need of a manager to control the workflow within the department.
This is a broad role where you will be managing the resource and planning workflow for a studio of talented designers. Working as part of the wider marketing team you will be liaising with marketing, digital and product teams to take design briefs on new projects and to ensure a swift turnaround on BAU designs in this fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will have proven traffic co-ordination experience and will most definitely be a real people person to inspire and lead the in-house studio team, representing them and their work across the business. You will be tasked with reviewing and improving current processes to ensure that projects are completed on-time and to budget to enable the team to react quickly to urgent tasks whilst working on longer projects.
The ability to engage with stakeholders across the business is essential as you will present weekly updates to senior management to gain final approval on projects. You will also have a good understanding of art, copy and design development processes and be unflappable when the pressure is on and things get busy!
Excellent and confident communication skills are also a must, as is the ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment. Sound like the challenge you've been looking for, then please apply now
