HR Change Manager

Are you an experienced HR Change Manager looking for the next challenge? If so, I have the perfect role for you.I am working with one of our highly regarded not for profit clients, who are currently going through a transformation programme and have an opening for an experienced Change Manager to lead with the HR pieces.This exciting 12 months contract will be ideal for a HR professional who really understands people, engagement and change management, with the ability to coach and influence the programme team. You will work alongside these teams, implementing any changes; which may be restructures, with a strong emphasis on engagement.You will have a strong change management background with a HR or learning and development background; in particular have the ability to interpret and communicate complex messages to teams and colleagues.You will be tasked with developing and implementing a structured and measurable change management strategy for people, anticipating employee relation matters and engage HR teams in the discussions from the offset. Additionally you will ensure consistency in adopting change for all employees, implementing people change strategies and tool which have been based on best practice and internal learning.You will be rewarded for this exciting contract with an annual salary of up to GBP54,000.
