Stonewater are seeking a positive and motivated project manager for our Tenancy Support Services in Sandwell and Dudley for young people and adults at risk of losing their tenancy. We want someone who can stand out as a strong leader in our small team and can ensure we deliver our tenancy support service to a high standard.
Good organisational skills and strong emotional intelligence are a must. We want a multitasker, who is naturally comfortable with customer service, health and safety, staff recruitment, and financial tasks. Your leadership efforts will play a key role in monitoring our performance, and will ensure our customers receive an excellent service.
You should have experience of working with vulnerable adults and young people with a comprehensive knowledge of issues such as safeguarding, homelessness, housing and benefits.
The ideal candidate should be able to work positively with clients, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. You should also be able to work professionally with a number of different agencies when required. You should be educated to A level standard or equivalent with strong IT skills and the ability to produce concise reports.
The role involves working with vulnerable adults and as such Stonewater will require appropriate enhanced background checks, via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
