My client are a market leader in the Umbrella Payroll industry and they are now looking to bring on a Senior Telesales Manager in to their telesales team.
They are looking for a Senior Telesales Manager who has experience of managing telesales teams with 7+ heads. They are also looking for someone who has experience in managing KPI's, analysing data to improve performance and also in growing their team. A pro-active attitude is also essential, so a Senior Telesales Manager who is prepared to help out on the phone when necessary is extremely desirable.
The current head count in the Telesales team is 4 (3 Account Managers/BDM'S, 1 Key Account Manager) with a view to increase this to 10 in the next few months.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
-A minimum of 12 months managing a Telesales team
-Ideally a Commercial Sales background
-KPI and target focussed
-Not afraid to get stuck in on the phone
-Good data analytical skills, and use them to improve team performance
-Ability to train the sales team on new products and sales techniques
-Experience in recruiting new staff
The package on offer for the successful Senior Telesales Manager is:
-Up to GBP45k Basic salary
-GBP20k Commission
-Laptop and Mobile phone
-Pension scheme
