Job Description We are urgently seeking several Call Centre Operatives in Chichester for a new campaign.
These are Temporary to Permanent roles with an immediate start.
The main function of this role will be to call domestic customers to offer them Service and Maintenance Plans for their household appliances Cookers, Fridges etc. All leads are provided so no cold calling is required.
This is purely an outbound calling role in a small and friendly team.
Hours are 2pm to 8pm Monday to Friday totaling 30hrs per week. Salary is GBP18k OTE along with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Ideally previous experience of working within a call centre sales environment
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good Data Entry skills
