Our client a financial services company based in Cardiff are urgently seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join their busy team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Project Manager will include:
- Be the lead PM on numerous projects and change programmes across the business - focus on AML, on Compliance frameworks and controls
- Design and implement Compliance project management methodology for international & local projects
- Provide support to senior management and assist with key Compliance strategic projects and regulatory change initiatives as needed
- IT liaison for Compliance IT projects
- Extensive experience of project management
Essential requirements are:
- Demonstrable Project Management experience within a Compliance/Regulatory environment within Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience and a Master's Degree is a plus
- Training/certification/studies/experience or exposure to: Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Change Management, ISO standards
- Project Management qualifications (minimum) Prince2?? practitioner and/or PMP??.
- Demonstrate ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc. with Windows-based software, as well as proficiency with the internet. Ideally, this will include experience with Project Management software and MS Visio.
- Additional language abilities a plus
