Marketing & Communications Executive

The purpose of the Marketing & Communications Executive role is to support the execution of the marketing strategy. Initially this involves supporting the brand transition and then focuses on growing the brand by delivering quality marketing content, materials and assets to engage and retain our target customer in order to achieve company objectives.

You role will involve the following:

* Copywriting for cross channel marketing campaigns
* Assisting in photoshoots
* Writing and uploading content
* Working with the Marketing Manager on email campaigns, delivering, reporting and analysing these
* Work with the PR agency on PR campaigns
* Plan and oversee social media
* Assist with any ad hoc marketing tasks when required

As a candidate you will have the following:

Essential:

* A demonstrable flair and passion for creative writing and design
* Experience in a creative environment, preferably within a marketing team
* High level of literacy with excellent grammar, language and communication skills
* A keen eye for detail with outstanding accuracy
* Strong maths ability, competency in MS Excel and data entry skills
* Well-developed I.T. skills to include MS Office (Word, Powerpoint)
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience of working with Google Analytics, Dotmailer ESP
* Experience of administering content for the internet, including experience with content management systems

Desirable:

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign
* Degree level qualification
* Experience of working with the Shopify web platform
