Job Purpose
To Assist Claimants in actively pursuing a claim for personal injury by explaining the claims process and securing accurate statements from claimants and third parties.
Core Activities
- Answer inbound from claimants who wish to enquire about claiming for a personal injury accident
- Establish viability and validity of claim for compensation
- Explain the claims process and relevant scheme; answer claimants' questions
- Take a detailed statement from the claimant
- Ensure system updated appropriately
- Contact third parties, e.g. insurance companies and police, to obtain further information and confirm viability and validity
- Respond to queries from solicitors
- Report regularly against targets
- Respond to any inbound queries as appropriate
