Job Title: Field Based HR Advisor (Home Based)

Location: Servicing central London and the South East

Salary: c. £30,000 - £35,000 plus company car

Our client is a national Employment Law and HR Outsourcing Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Field Based HR Advisor, to work with their central team and to service clients based in London and the surrounding areas.

Job Role:

This is a service delivery role, committed to actively working at an operational level, in partnership with their clients and will involve frequent travel and attendance at on site client support meetings.

The Candidate:

Our client is flexible in terms of base address, but the successful candidate must be within easy access of central London.

Extensive Employee Relations knowledge is essential, as the role will be largely autonomous. The successful candidate will, however, be supported by a central ER and Legal Team.

The company is looking for an individual with outstanding customer relationship, communication, influencing and presentation skills and who can offer clients absolute confidence in the delivery of tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will not only be able to deliver exceptional service, but will also be skilled at managing client expectations (at all levels within organisations) in terms of both risk assessment and the range of ER options available.

Experience of dealing with day to day ER issues is essential, particularly disciplinary and grievances, performance, absence management and redundancy will be expected. Experience of dealing with TUPE and complex restructures would be an advantage, together with the ability to deliver straight forward HR training sessions.

Applicants should ideally be CIPD qualified.

Hours:

The company expects the role to be full time, but will consider candidates that may wish to work 3 or 4 days per week.
