Internal Sales Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Supervisor to join a dynamic and enterprising business.
Full time sales opportunity based in Warrington.
We’re looking for a determined, passionate and organised full time Internal Sales Supervisor. Ambiance Bain is a fast-growing importer of luxury bathroom furniture manufactured by our parent company in France. We specialise in BtoBtoC sales and the Internal Sales Supervisor will be a fundamental part of the sales team based within the UK head office.
The role will require you to be proactive, independent and innovative, with the initiative to really drive the sales department, and our clients, forward.
Duties and responsibilities of the Internal Sales Supervisor
You will be based in our office in Warrington, working weekdays.
- Required to establish and build a healthy and long lasting relationships with our clients.
- Review and process their orders accurately.
- Where necessary contact customer to upsell where possible or applicable to enhance the design and sale value. Use your product knowledge to ensure the consumers receive the best possible layout/design.
- Respond to customer queries on price, design, technical characteristics, deliveries, installation and maintenance.
- Work closely alongside external sales staff and supervise internal sales staff to ensure correct design/layouts are proposed for showroom displays and customer orders including creating CAD drawings.
- Ensure fluid integration between your and all other company departments.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide additional sales and marketing support.
- Act as internal support for regional Sales Managers and agents.
- Dispatching small orders from UK warehouse stock.
- Management of after sales issues including management of call outs and customer visits nationwide, reporting and resolving with head office.
Internal Sales Supervisor Ideal Candidate

You should be upbeat, with a professional and friendly attitude both in the office and on the phone, and not be frightened of hard work. Be confident when speaking to new people. Have a keen eye for detail which is critical for our business and have a passion and vision for home interiors.
The Internal Sales Supervisor will also have,
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Outlook & Excel
- Previous experience in a role selling a physical product as opposed to non-tangible service sales.
- Confident in a technical environment
- A hands on “can do” and “will do” mentality
- Cheerful and self-motivated
- Professional and reliable with a passion for success
- Team player
Desirable
- Previous experience in bathroom, kitchen or bedroom furniture sales
- CAD design experience (training available if not)
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Hours: Full Time 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent
Holidays: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with length of service
