Based in open plan offices in the heart of Exeter, our client supports and empowers their employees to learn, grow and pursue their professional ambitions. The Role 

As the Property Solicitor, you will provide pragmatic and timely advice to clients on a wide range of residential property matters. 

In this key role, you will assist clients with a range of issues, including house sales and purchases, buy-to-lets, mortgages, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and collective enfranchisement. 

You will have the chance to work with a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals, charities and land owners, as well as gain valuable experience in agricultural property work. 

About You 

To be considered, you will need: 

- At least two years’ conveyancing experience 
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong client focus 
- A calm and collected approach to problem-solving 
- Great collaboration skills 
- A strong work ethic 

Ideally, you will also have experience of agricultural property, but this is by no means essential.
