Requirements:
- Experience of CRM implementation, ideally with SAGE systems.
- Experience of implementation for companies with thousands of products and product lines
- Experience of working with product catalogues
- E-commerce experience desirable
- Strong experience of SQL and database architectures
- A good Computer Science, IT, Maths, Science or technically related degree desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with Windows server platforms and windows desktop
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel + Access) skills
About the Role:

We are undergoing technological transformation and migrating our subsidiaries onto SAGE CRM, after completing the ERP migration.
This is the first step in what will be an exciting technological transformation.
We are seeking an experienced CRM implementation manager to be part of that transformation. After implementation, there will be opportunities to be involved in further IT transformations, including E-commerce and AI.
Experience working with networks, infrastructure or IT security is essential.
You will join a friendly and dynamic team where you will make an impact and quickly see the results of your work. You will work on a variety of diverse projects assisting the business to improve productivity and reliability of processes, primarily starting with supporting the migration from an existing system to a new SAGE system.
Travel to other company sites within the UK may be required in order to support ongoing and new business activities.
