GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 with bonus and car allowance.
Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our multidisciplinary team as a Head of Nursing and Clinical Services. You will be responsible for covering two sites providing the best possible, personalised care and support to both the patients and staff
You will be working across two sites both with state of the art facilities with care provided by highly trained clinical professionals who are able to take advantage of some of the best training and development opportunities in healthcare. Relocation packages available.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Nursing and Clinical Services you will provide leadership to all nursing and professional staff at both sites working closely with the Hospital Director, Clinical Governance Manager and Medical Director.
Your role will include;
* developing, implementing and evaluating the nursing/professional strategy, demonstrating year on year improvements in the quality of service and which has improving patient experience as a core principal.
* You will be accountable for ensuring that clinical services operate within the framework of financial budgets and improvement targets in each clinical service.
* Ensuring high quality patient care
* Developing and retaining staff
* Business efficiency
Skills & Experience
* To be successful in this role you will have:
* Significant experience in an equivalent role in the acute sector
* Budgetary and financial management experience
* Experience in the development of nurses
* Demonstrable achievements in improving patient care, being forward thinking and innovative Experience in meeting CQC/ regulatory requirements
* Experience of managing complaints and serious incidents
Qualifications
* NMC Registered Nurse Part 1
* Degree in a related subject
* Experience of continued professional development
