DUTIES

Overview

provide support to the internal and external teams with superb organisational and communication skills. Experience in Property Management and sales is advantageous although experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, problem solving and dealing with the unexpected, is what is important.

Property management

Lettings

Support the Office Manager to liaison with external letting agencies on letting and management of the company's portfolios

Sales

Support the sales manager in post-sales progression to liaison with solicitors, buyers, and agents

Office management

Office administration duties, incl handling posts, following HR procedures, stationary etc

Answering external phone calls and receiving visitors

Assisting the managers with research, meeting notes, and travel arrangements

Other adhoc duties

SKILLS

Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Communication skills, Attention to Detail, IT skills
