Assistant Recruitment Manager - Energy
Encore Energy have a superb opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team, supporting the division's growth through support of existing clients and developing new opportunities within the sector. In this role you will ensure that profits and sales targets are met, branch staffing targets are reached and quality of service delivered is of the highest possible standard. At the same time you will be leading from the front by developing and servicing your own portfolio of clients with the Energy and Utilities recruitment market.

* GBP25-GBP30k dependant upon experience plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance against targets.

The Role
* Responsible for managing a team of Recruiters, reporting to the Divisional Manager.
* Ensuring the branch delivers against budgeted revenue targets and performance KPIs
* Motivating, training and developing team members
* Developing new business relationships with prospective employers.
* Maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
* Ensuring the team's client recruitment requirements are consistently met with service excellence
* Leading from the front with strong performance against own revenue and placement targets
* Strategically highlighting new areas and industries for new client development
* Identifying and solving problems, ensuring that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
The Candidate
* Experience of leading a team of Recruiters, or a Senior Consultant looking to take a step up into management.
* Experience of recruiting or sales within Energy/ Utilities/ Technical/ Engineering industries is preferred but not essential, as full sector training will be given.
* Experience in strategic planning and with the setting of financial and sales reviews.
* Ability to lead by example through performance against own targets and KPIs.
* Ability to keep on top of changes in market place and identify new areas of penetration.
* Ability to motivate and develop staff
* A proven sales track record in new business development.
* Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
* Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
