Sales Negotiator
Based in Boston Town Centre, this established and successful Estate Agency are looking for an additional Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
Ideally you will be an experienced Sales Negotiator or someone with proven experience in a sales and customer service environment, although if you have passion and drive experience is not essential.
It is key to be an excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
You will need to be a self-starter able to work well within a team environment whilst working towards your own individual targets.
A generous tiered commission structure is in place allowing you to achieve success based on your performance.
A driving licence is critical for this role as you will be attending viewings and appointments regularly within the town and surrounding area.
You must be flexible on working hours as this role will include occasional Saturday working.
