SharkNinja need an energetic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join this fast growing appliance company in our Wakefield office. We are No. 1 in the USA and intend to do the same in Europe. You will support the strategy, revenue and profitability goals as well as future business growth objectives.

Reporting to the VP/ Divisional Controller EU, the main areas of focus will be:

  • Communicate results to senior leadership, assess overall state of the business

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement finance initiatives

  • Manage a team performing financial & sales reporting, ad-hoc project analyses, and financial modelling using a broad range of tools including Excel

  • Complete complex business modelling and analysis to drive revenue growth and identify operating improvements

  • Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management

  • Work with accounting team to complete the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process

  • Prepare various reports and other deliverables, as necessary for finance team


The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, and relevant professional qualification

  • 8+ years of relevant finance experience, 5 years of management experience preferred

  • Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving

  • Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills

  • Advanced Excel skills to include modelling, scenario planning, and experience and understanding of writing macros

  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a simplified manner

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and complex environment
