Chef - Wed-Sun 7am-330pm

Chef - Peterborough- 37.5 hours per week

Servest are recruiting for a Chef to be based within a business and industry site near Peterborough. This is an ideally opportunity to a chef looking to enhance their skills and progress into a more senior role within contract catering

About the role;

The position is working Wednesday - Sunday 07:00 - 15:30, (7am-3.30pm) flexibility is required and overtime will be available.

You will report to the Head Chef and be used to good home cooking to high volume

You will be mainly in charge of cooking cooking breakfast and preparing for lunch - following the units set menu.

During weekend shifts you may need a cash up (full training will be given)

We are looking for a Chef with the following;

Ideally a background within business and industry contract catering- other areas considered

Used to cooking breakfast and food preparation for lunch service

Ideally at a 701 or 702 equivalent- but this is not essential

Good working practises and a positive attitude

Good sound Knowledge of health and safety and food safety

Excellent communication and customer service skills – as you will be interacting with the customers base and onsite client
