Management Accountant - Qualified - CIPFA, ICAS, CIMA - Edinburgh
Qualified - CIPFA, ICAS, CIMA, Budget, Excel, Income, Expenditure, Presentation
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant on a contract basis for 2 months (until 31st July) based in central Edinburgh.
You will be required to prepare future years budget, consolidate monthly income and expenditure forecast against budgets and give advice and guidance to management regarding finance.
Essential skills -
- Member of a recognised professional accounting body - CIPFA, ICAS, CIMA ect.
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience of budget monitoring
- Good IT skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly in the use of Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Proven experience in the analysis and presentation of complex reports.
- Experience in large public sector organisations - ideally experience in the Higher Education sector
