Workflow Manager
Bristol Based
Salary GBP25-30k
Job Purpose
To make sure that Development Team resources and processes are planned and scheduled
effectively and efficiently as well as to support the Project Manager to make sure projects are
delivered on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
??? Manage all work requests that come into the business by assessing, organising, prioritising and
scheduling tasks
??? Create, develop and maintain internal traffic systems in collaboration with the Project Manager
and Executive Team
??? Create work processes and procedures to improve business practices
??? Forecast for, and plan, adequate resources to meet business needs in collaboration with the
Project Manager and Executive Team
??? Maintain all relevant scheduling records in the business CRM system
??? Arrange and chair project dashboard meetings with key staff to make sure schedules are on
track and reported on effectively
??? Analyse and create reports on project income and spend against current contract terms and
billable scheduled work, to present to the Executive Team and Board
??? Monitor project and support hours and create reports which identify discrepancies and
shortfalls with proposed solutions
??? Manage all Lucid work requests by assessing, organising, prioritising and then scheduling tasks
in Russian
??? Create and report on all Lucid activity and develop transparency on the R&D function of the
business, in collaboration with the Technical Director
??? Partner with Director - Russia and the Lucid Development Team to create workflow practices
and procedures
Experience/Qualifications
Essential
??? University education or equivalent industry experience
??? Minimum of 3 years' workflow or project management experience working in the software
delivery or web design industries
??? Experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
??? Demonstrable experience of data analysis
??? Commercial awareness with regard to project resourcing
??? Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)
Desirable
??? Prince II or Agile project management qualification
??? Experience of working in a small team
??? Experience using Jira
