We are looking for experienced and successful Nursery Nurses. Our client has a rapidly expanding business that requires only the best staff. The ideal person will be highly efficient in childcare have standards and safeguarding that are exceptional, you must have proof of success, and be able to use own initiative and happy to go above and beyond.

The Nursery has achieved Outstanding in OFSTED 2 consecutive times, and we are looking for the right quality staff members to support our growth plans.

Accountability and Responsibilities -

Adhere to the relevant codes of conduct, providing high quality direct care and maintaining professional boundaries.
Place children and their families at the centre of all planning.
Report, collect and collate data.
Delegate work to colleagues when appropriate and deputise in the absence of senior colleagues.
Participate in the development and teaching of care staff and nursing students.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
IT skills - including competence with Microsoft Office packages.
Strong communication skills - including the ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional manner and recognition of the barriers to effective communication.
An awareness of fundraising and marketing and the ability to articulate organisational objectives.

Experience of working with for young children
Knowledge of child development and relevant assessment scheme
Ability to communicate well with adults and children

Awareness of Health & Safety and practical hygiene issues
Can demonstrate creative ability
A high level of attention to detail with good administration skills
Ability to communicate well with adults and children
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload

Level 3 Nursery Nurse NVQ

Experience
Proven experience of working within Nursery or School Setting
Previous experience of EYFS standards
Experience working within a fast paced high energy environment
Basic food hygiene
First aid qualification
Other related training
Enhanced CRB
