Risk Analyst- SAS-

Job Description My client is looking to hire an experienced credit risk analyst to their expanding team! This position will be working closely with the senior management, and have the opportunity to take on lead responsibilities as well as advance quickly. Responsibilities: -Analyse credit and debit card existing account management utilizing SAS, Microsoft Excel and other software as necessary -Develop all risk management policies for account underwriting, credit line assignment, and ongoing risk management activities -Develop reporting to track the performance of policies and strategies and make appropriate adjustments -Support the execution of Marketing and portfolio efforts -Support ongoing and ad-hoc analysis requests -Make recommendations for improvement related to portfolio strategies and marketing efforts through cost benefit analysis as well as presentations to senior management. What they are looking for: -3-5 years of experience working in finical services products -Experience programming and manipulating data using SAS -Ability to communicate complex analytical results to banking professionals -Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Graduate degree preferred -Experience working with account portfolio management ( credit line management, marketing campaigns, reissue) preferred
