L1 Technician (Technology)

30 Hours a week.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Technician to join their team in newly refurbed Milton Keynes store. They are great, global brand and are looking to strengthen their exciting team with people who are passionate for customer service and technology.

You will be working 90% Front house, engaging with customer who visit the store and 10% back of house, making general, everyday repairs. No experience is required for the role as training will be provided, but a passion for tech is necessary.

The Role
As their Technician your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting every day tech problems.
• Fixing software problems with devices.
• Interacting with customers on the shop floor
• Maintain a high level of standards in the store
• Team worker and able to work unsupervised

You will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
