TRAINER/ASSESSOR REQUIRED

Hours: Full time

Salary: £23,378 plus bonuses and company pension

Our client are an independent work based learning provider and are part of the LCB Group. Our Head Office is based in Rotherham and we deliver all our apprenticeship programmes in the work place across the Yorkshire, North East, North West, Humberside, North Lincolnshire and East Midland regions.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Trainer/Assessor who will be home based but will have to travel across our delivery regions to deliver in the following sectors:-

You will have experience in delivering apprenticeships in one or more of the following sectors along with knowledge of OFSTED and awarding body requirements :-

  • Team Leading Level 2 & 3
  • Warehouse & Storage Level 2 & 3
  • Improving Operational Performance Level 2 (PMO)
  • Management L3 upwards
  • Business Improvement Techniques Level 2, 3 & 4

You should also hold some of the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
  • Teaching qualification PCGE
  • Level 3 CTLS or Level 4 PTLS
  • A1 Assessor Award
  • Level 2 or Level 3 in Advice & Guidance
  • GCSE or Functional Skills up to level 2

Responsibilities include visiting learners and supporting them in the workplace, assessing skills as part of their qualification, off the job training, preparing and reviewing assessment plans and ensuring the efficient operation of the assessment process.
