Project Coordinator - Supply Chain / Logistics / Product
The candidate will be working on a logistics pilot program and will assist the program lead and the wider team in timely launch of this project. Given that immediate team is small and this is a pilot project, the candidate is expected to demonstrate flexibility and learning agility. In particular this role will involve project management skills and significant interaction with multifunctional internal and external partners to support the roll out.
Professional qualities.
- Experience in a logistics/supply chain role preferably within ecommerce or high street retail.
- Excellent collaborative problem-solving with a high level of maturity and judgment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in order to be able to challenge, influence and make recommendations within the business relating to stakeholder concerns
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - ability to convert complex problems into addressable solutions
- Knowledge of carriers, shipping and fulfilment solutions preferred.
- Strong relationship building, energising and influencing skills with peers and senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience of building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience launching products
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience working within projects with deadlines
- Success collaborating and influencing diverse business partners in a highly matrixed organisation
- Organised and detail oriented with a desire to deliver excellence at all times
