Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, now has an exciting opportunity available for a FTC -Summer Commis Chef to join our Kitchen brigade.
Summer Commis Chef Overview The Summer Commis Chef will be working in a busy kitchen preparing produce for Banqueting, our Fine Dining Restaurant or the Brasserie Restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all the skills needed to progress within the kitchen. You will prepare produce to the highest standards as shown by our senior chefs. Attributes/Experience NVQ level 1&2 minimum. Level 3 desirable, but not essential.
