Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, now has an exciting opportunity available for a
Demi Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade.
Demi Chef de Partie Overview
As Demi Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the Chef de Partie of the section creating dishes for either Banqueting, room service, Adam's Brasserie or the Wernher fine dining restaurant. The Demi Chef de Partie must be able to follow precise instructions, have a good flair for food and be able to communicate to a large team. The Demi Chef de Partie will also need to be able to deputise in the Chef de Partie's absence and maintain the high standard expected. Attributes/Experience You should have experience in a similar busy quality operation, preferably in the luxury hotel market, be calm under pressure and have good command of both verbal and written English. You should possess a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail. NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent desirable, as well as a valid basic food hygiene certificate.
