My client is a market leading company based in Dorking, who due to an increased work order are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant / Administrator to join their Warranty team in Dorking. The appointed Admin assistant / Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Processing orders onto the system / send acknowledgments
Dealing with all warranty related admin
Experience using MRP database (SAP would be strongly desirable)
Sending out invoices and send charges
Process credit notes
Carry out all admin work accurately and everything is logged appropriately
