School Business Manager (37hrs pw, term time only plus 3 weeks – incl 5 INSET days)

FTE salary £25,694 - £28,203

Actual salary £23,160 – £25,421

We are seeking to appoint an innovative, proactive and suitably qualified School Business Manager to join the team in our friendly and successful school.

Working with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors you will play a vital role in providing efficient strategic leadership and management for finance, premises, Health & Safety, HR, administration and extended services.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in budget management and be fully competent in the preparation of financial information for others.
  • A person who can use IT to support and implement process management
  • Committed to promoting the highest standards of work
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise as well as having the ability to help steer our school through a period of change as we convert to Academy status and join our local MAT
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a commitment to improving outcomes for our children
  • Able to demonstrate integrity, reliability and the ability to work closely with colleagues and governors

This is a full time permanent appointment from September 2017.
