I am currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor; my client is an award-winning firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Commercial property experts. My client was founded in 2008 and provides a range of services including Acquisitions & proposals and Building Surveying. With a variety of cliental in both Public & Private Sector.
As the successful candidate, you will be:
Role
* Expert witness
* Management of Junior Building Surveyors
* Defects Analysis & reports
* Party Wall Matters
* Contracts admin
* Due diligence reports
* Building Surveys
* Schedules of condition
Experience
* MRICS Chartered or equivalent
* Residential and Commercial sector experience
* Good IT skills
* Consultancy experience
