Customer Service / Service Booking Administrator/ Scheduler - Immediate start!
We have an exciting opportunity to assist our client based in Chichester.
The role will be to:
* Schedule and book in Service Appointments for a team of Engineers by taking inbound and making outbound calls and emails to current customers
* Organise the most efficient routes for Engineers when scheduling appointments in and communicating this effectively to them
* Provide administrative support to the team including sending invoices for consumables to customers. Training offered as this is a bespoke system to the business
* Provide excellent Customer Service to clients via telephone and email
Skills required:
* Excellent Customer Service skills ideally within the Security/Service Industry
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and Email
* Organised and will to work independently as well as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to commute to Chichester, ideally a car driver due to location
* Good knowledge of the area an advantage
Working Hours: Full Time
Monday - Friday am - 5 pm
