Experience

•Minimum 3 years Business Analysis experience and good to have Business Process Modelling experience.

Specifics

•Business Analyst in Insurance Domain.

•Should be having IT Business Analysis work experience.

•Life insurance knowledge

• Excellent Process Modelling and Documentation Skills (BRD, SRS, Use Cases).

•Associate would be working as Business Analyst in insurance Domain.

•Capturing, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements,

•Constructively challenging requirements to manage expectations and highlight risks/issues.

•Effective requirements prioritization, scope definition and business analysis work estimation.

•Documenting requirements in industry best practice formats.

•Timely requirements query resolution and accurate defect analysis.

•Actively investigating operational processes, issues and risks to identify and suggest IT and operational process improvement solutions.

•Preparation of test scenarios and management of functional / user acceptance testing.

•Preparation of functional user guides and business user training material.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills

•Responsible for nurturing and mentoring junior business analysts.

•Should coordinate with Project/Program Managers in delivery and talent decisions.
