We are currently looking for an ambitious and outgoing individual from a business development, Umbrella payroll or Recruitment background to join a vibrant, market leading Payroll Solutions Provider company. With competitive earnings and progression potential this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales driven and motivated to excel in their career.
You will need to be a genuine new business hunter with a resilience and drive, whilst still being able to maintain great relationships with all clients brought on board.
The client is a major player in the Umbrella industry and turns over 100s of millions. The company is continually growing and expanding their sales team, offering fantastic growth and progression opportunities.
- The Business Development Manager will spend their time developing a strong network of accounts within the recruitment sector
- They will be responsible for building success with clients, by networking and taking a genuine interest in building relationships.
The candidate must be vibrant and a genuine people person. The ideal candidate will;
- Have sales/recruitment experience and have won key accounts
- Have experience of winning new business and nurturing relationships to retain these accounts
- Be charismatic and enjoy entertaining clients
- Have a background in business development, the Umbrella industry or recruitment
This opportunity offers a fantastic benefits package including;
- Up to GBP25k basic
- GBP35k OTE Year One
