VACANCY OVERVIEW: Polish speaking Lead Generation Executive / Consultant / Telesales / Telemarketing / Internal Sales / Inside Sales professionals sought by rapidly expanding global software company with clients in the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector. Salary GBP28K-GBP35K basic depending on relevant experience plus GBP13,000 OTE plus GBP1500 bonus per quarter plus generous stock options, pension, health & more!

THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY
As a result of a focus on profitable growth and sustained investment in its enterprise Cloud-based / SaaS software, my client has a number of exciting opportunities for Polish speaking Lead Generation Sales Executives who will be tasked of working in conjunction with the marketing team and sales team where you will help generate leads for the global sales team along with booking appointments with new potential customers for the external sales team to then attend your booked appointments and demonstrate the software product suite. This role is based 100% of the time in the office, There are genuinely fantastic opportunities for rapid career progression within the sales and marketing departments owing to my clients sustained organic growth of 100% year on year! My clients Lead Generation team are highly respected within the organisation and there is a clear path to external sales positions for those who perform!

You will be given a list of target companies within your region. EMEA is vastly under prospected, so there will be no shortage of companies to go after. You will work very closely with Sales and Marketing in identifying Leads from:

- Shows and Exhibitions

- Warm incoming leads (lots as the Company IS the undisputable market leader)

- Research : key decision makers in target companies & making contact, building relationships

- Your main target is booking 24 meetings per quarter for the sales team

- Your minimum KPI's are 50 "activities" per day (Target: 30 calls + 30 Emails)

CANDIDATE PROFILE - YOU WILL;
- speak both business / native level Polish and English!
- be comfortable with spending a large majority of your time on the telephone talking to new potential customers and researching target companies & decision makers
- be EITHER relatively new to telemarketing / lead generation OR be experienced
- have a natural flair for building new relationships with people
- enjoy working in a busy, dynamic team working environment
- be motivated by targets and enjoy hitting and exceeding them
- be highly supported by management and marketing
- be encouraged to attend some external meetings
- be at an advantage if you have any experience of performing a similar B2B (Business to Business) sales oriented role for a software / SaaS or technology company
- be at an advantage if you have any understanding of supply chain solutions or worked in the pharma / pharmaceutical / life sciences industries (not essential)
