Levy Account Manger and Recruiter Apprenticeships- Birmingham GBP20k-40k + commission + company bonus
This award winning organisation is currently looking for ambitious, pro active Sales Executives to their team of Recruiters. You will be based in their Birmingham office located in Temple Row and will receive a good salary, commission structure and benefits which include iPhone, iPad, staff event days, company bonuses, ongoing training and support. This a great opportunity to work for a fast growing organisation who have a STATE ethos, and train, support and develop their staff members. You will attend a variety of social events during the year, whilst receiving state of the art training and equipment to conduct your duties to the highest level.
The successful candidates will be responsible for either finding clients who want to take on Apprentices in order that they can complete their NVQ or dealing with large organisations regarding the apprenticeship Levy. This will involve engaging with local employers through telesales and face to face meetings. The recruiter will be matching apprentices to job opportunities and converting leads generated by the marketing team.
The Levy account Manager will be contacting large organisations and selling the benefits of their services and then account managing the client ongoing. If you have worked within an Apprenticeship or Recruitment sector that is ideal but not essential for the role.
