Oliver Marks Consulting are assisting a nationally recognised client based in Colchester to secure a 1st line support analyst on a permanent basis. The client has seen continual growth across it's divisions and is now looking to further increase the IT support function.
To be considered for the role you will need to have commercial experience within an IT support capacity. Alongside this, the following techs/experience will be required;
- Working as part of the 1st line team to log and resolve service tickets
- 1st Line support of Desktops, Servers and Networking equipment
- Assist with the general administration of the department
- Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk role
- Experience working within ITIL Frameworks
- Comp TIA A+
- Microsoft MTA
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Hold a Driving licence
